You have been forever changed by your experiences in combat...
  • Do you feel like a different person since your return from a combat zone?
  • Have your relationships with loved ones changed?
  • Is it hard to relate to others?
  • Do you have trouble sleeping?
  • Do you have nightmares on a regular basis?
  • Do you feel anxious, depressed, or angry? Perhaps confused, disoriented, or emotionless?
  • Do you frequently crave an adrenaline rush?
  • Has your relationship with alcohol or other substances become addictive?
  • Are you having trouble coping with an injury?
Everyone reacts differently to trauma and other combat experiences.

Veterans Village of San Diego's WARRIOR TRADITIONS PROGRAM is here to help.

Drop in on one of our FREE, CONFIDENTIAL, AND OFF-BASE support groups. Your level of participation is up to you and you may remain completely anonymous. Come learn about how one's body responds to combat experiences, come vent about your frustrations, and share your concerns. Let us help you get that burden off your shoulders.
