VVSD's Veterans Treatment Center (VTC) is a state licensed residential early treatment program for homeless veterans who have substance abuse issues. The VRC offers homeless veterans a safe, clean and sober village-like setting for several months to a year, depending upon individual needs.

Formulated as a social model, VTC is integrated with structured case management and mental health therapy that simultaneously addresses:
  • Addiction
  • Mental Health
  • Medical
  • Family Issues
  • Legal
  • Spiritual Development
  • Employment
This multi-service approach is divided into three phases:
  • Recovery Services
  • Employment Development
  • Community Reintegration.
VVSD was one of the first to recognize the need to treat both substance abuse and the underlying mental health issues.

  • Comprehensive Clinical Assessments
